Okay, I'm ready place an order, what now?
Once you figure out the theme you like and the numbers or letters you are interested in, you will have to scroll down the product's page to find the "buy now" buttons listed on the bottom of every page.
You will have to simply click the "Buy Now" button related to the quantity your are interested in to find yourself at Paypal's Page where you can submit your payment.
We place your purchase in a queue to be shipped within 24 hours of reception of your order.

How long does shipping usually take?
With our Free Shipping Special, shipping takes anywhere between 10 to 14 days to be delivered to your door.

How should I communicate the characters (numbers/letters) I want on my tile?
Once you click the "Buy Now" button, you will be showing your invoice where you can include a note about which characters you are interested in. Numbers are available from 0 to 10 ; Letters are available from A to Z

Will you keep me posted on the progress of my job?
Once you submit your order, you will immediately receive a receipt with the total amount you just paid in your e-mail. When your purchase ships, usually 2-3 business days, you will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail with an estimate on the reception date of your purchase as a subject.
